My event is coming up soon. Do I need shipping upgrade?

If you have 2 weeks before your event, no up grade is needed. If you only have 1 week, please choose one day processing + USPS priority / UPS 3 day / UPS 2 day at the check out page and leave your event date in the note.

What is your processing and shipping time frame?

Regular processing is 2-4 business days + shipping 3-5 business days (via USPS ground advantage with tracking number)

What is your exchange and refund policy?

Since all orders are handmade to order, unfortunately no refund or exchange is accepted. If the item arrived damaged, please send us a photo of the item and we will send a replacement the next business day.

How much is shipping?

Regular shipping within USA via USPS ground advantage is $5.99 flat rate with tracking number included.

Regular overseas shipping vis USPS international is $18.99 flat rate (diaper cakes are not available for overseas orders)
